The support contains a few spelling mistakes and a few errors (for example, the logos for each stage of design thinking are not the same at the beginning and at the end). This is not a criticism in any way, as the quality of the animation is top-notch.

The course material was not printable, which was a shame as I wanted to print some of the slides. The facilitator was very good, dynamic and encouraged interaction despite the distance learning aspect of the course (not adapted to the subject).

Super facilitator. Thanks to Dominique, who really puts in the effort to take the time with everyone so that everyone understands. She's very committed and does a lot of research during her breaks so that she can feed our reflections.
