Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (ENSDWI) v3.0

Official course, exam preparation 300-415 ENSDWI

New course

With this training course, you'll learn how to design, deploy, configure and manage a large-scale Cisco SD-WAN solution. You'll learn how to migrate from a traditional WAN, configure routing protocols, apply advanced policies, deploy Edge WAN devices, manage QoS, multicast, direct Internet access (DIA) and multi-region architectures. You'll also learn about SD-WAN security options and AppQoE traffic optimization features.

Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Describe the Cisco SD-WAN solution and how it differs from a traditional WAN architecture
Present Cisco SD-WAN cloud and on-premise deployment options
Explain how to deploy WAN Edge equipment
Compare ZTP and PnP, and detail their use in on-site deployment
Describe SD-WAN policy concepts: definition, attachment and application
Define and implement advanced data policies (QoS, traffic engineering)
Define and apply advanced control policies (topology, service insertion)
Explain the deployment of service and transport routing protocols
Introducing Cisco SD-WAN security components and their integration
Introducing multicast support in Cisco SD-WAN

Intended audience
Network engineers responsible for deploying and supporting Cisco SD-WAN, or candidates for Cisco CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN Specialist certifications.

Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of SDN, WAN, routing (IGP/EGP), TLS/IPsec recommended. Previous training recommended: CCNA (Ref. CRC), ENCOR (Ref. TWY).

Certification
To obtain Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise) certification, you need to pass exam 350-401 ENCOR and one of the following exams (your choice): 300-410 ENARSI, 300-415 ENSDWI, 300-420 ENSLD, 300-425 ENWLSD, 300-430 ENWLSI, 300-440 ENCC, 300-445 ENNA.
