CSR commitments and sustainable development
In order to act responsibly and ethically, the ORSYS Group has been committed for nearly 20 years to a voluntary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach.
The development of the ORSYS Group's CSR approach is based, on the one hand, on the expertise and know-how of its employees and, on the other hand, on the reliability of its partners and suppliers. It concerns all the Group's subsidiaries, in compliance with the rules applicable to each country;
Each year, the ORSYS Group publishes its CSR report outlining all the actions undertaken in this area.

Our CSR commitments
The United Nations Global Compact
ORSYS has joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2007 and renews its membership every year to demonstrate its commitment to respecting and ensuring respect for the ten principles of the pact concerning human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
This commitment concerns both our internal employees and our external service providers.
Our 10 CSR commitments
ORSYS, Capgemini engineering, Apave and inlingua have joined forces to draw up this manifesto in favour ofa responsible training approach for an inclusive and sustainable future.
GHG assessment
The ORSYS Group has carried out its carbon footprint in 2021 on the three scopes and launched its sobriety action plan. This report was renewed in 2024 and is available at here.
The LUCIE Community
ORSYS joins the LUCIE Community and undertakes to set up a responsible digital approach to reduce the digital impact of its activities.

The Responsible Supplier Relations Charter
As part of its Responsible Purchasing policy, ORSYS is a signatory of the Responsible supplier relations charter since 2016.

The Diversity Charter
As part of its policy of equal opportunities and combating all forms of discrimination, ORSYS is a signatory of the Diversity Charter has been promoting diversity since 2018, with the aim of going beyond the legal framework.

The Responsible Digital Charter
In 2021, ORSYS committed to a "Responsible Digital" approach by signing the INR Responsible Digital Charter (Institut du numérique responsable), a Think and Do Tank which aims to provide a forum for reflection on the three key challenges of digital responsibility: sustainability, inclusion and ethics.

Awarded the Level 1 Responsible Digital label
ORSYS undertakes to :
- Train and raise awareness among as many employees and members of management as possible.
- Monitoring and updating a Digital Responsibility dashboard.
- Set up a responsible purchasing process specifically for IT and digital services.
- Set all IT equipment to "energy-saving" modes.
- Reduce the storage space allocated to e-mails.
- Raising employee awareness of the need to use software responsibly.
- Strengthen its catalogue of training courses related to Digital Responsibility.
Active commitment to enhanced cybersecurity and continuous improvement of our practices
In 2026, the ORSYS Group was awarded the Cybervadis bronze medal with a score of 710 out of 1000.
Bronze status highlights a high level of cybersecurity awareness and structured implementation.
