Prerequisites
ECA training (ref. NUE) or NCP-MCI certification. Knowledge of Nutanix datacenter administration techniques and traditional virtualized storage architectures.
Certification
Successful completion of the NCM-MCI exam leads to certification as a "Nutanix Certified Master - MultiCloud Infrastructure".

1 Explore Nutanix storage features
- Understand AOS and AOS Storage services.
- Explore storage components.
- Analyze data flow in AOS Storage.
Hands-on work
Create a storage container, update the declared capacity.
2 Create an available, high-performance, resilient storage layer
- Build a highly available and resilient infrastructure.
- Optimize storage and improve data efficiency.
- Plan and adapt new workloads.
- Apply good storage practices for applications.
Hands-on work
observe cloning efficiency, reserve rebuild capacity, deactivate this reservation, create a container with deduplication, activate RF1 and analyze gains.
3 Optimizing physical and virtual networks in AOS
- Optimize physical and virtual networks.
- Apply good network practices.
Hands-on work
Manage virtual switches and uplinks, visualize in Prism Element, configure CVM network segmentation, set QoS tagging Configure CVM network segmentation. Configure QoS marking.
4 Deploy and optimize overlay networks with Flow Networking
- Implement Flow Networking.
- Create and configure VPCs.
- Define overlay use cases.
Hands-on work
Activate Flow Networking, create an external subnet, create a VPC, deploy VMs in overlay subnets, configure local and remote gateways, establish a VPN connection and check connectivity.

It's a shame that there are still a few typos in the lab documentation and that the English-language environment causes problems during the labs.
