Too much slide reading and not enough explanations on top of thatThe questions put to the trainer were poorly understood and the answers not very relevant.There was a lack of clarity about the time allocated to each course/lab.

The trainer didn't have any direct knowledge of the product, but instead read the Slides on the board, and she didn't interact with us because she didn't master what she was presenting... For the price of the course, I found the quality of the support and the practical exercises provided by Palo Alto to be good, but that was about it. The practical exercises help to answer some of our questions, because the trainer doesn't understand us...

An attendance sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training course, along with a certificate of completion if the participant has attended the entire session.
