Intended audience
This course is particularly beneficial for anyone using Scrum to deliver products to market, such as product owners, developers or Scrum Masters.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of Scrum (roles, artifacts, events).
Certification
Participants in the Professional ScrumTM with Kanban training course will receive a password to take the PSK certification. Recognized by the industry, Scrum.org certifications are rigorous assessments requiring a minimum score of 85%. Participants who make a first attempt within 14 days of the training course are given a second chance. Participation in the training course entitles participants to 14 PDU credits from PMI.

This training course will help you understand the complementary nature of the Scrum and Kanban concepts through experimentation and practice.
Teaching methods
Training in French. Official course material in digital format and in English. Good understanding of written English.

- Links and causes of Scrum improvement through flow.
2 The theory behind Kanban
- WIP, Cycle time, Batch, and flow concepts.
- The Kanban Guide. Types of Kanban practices.
- What you need to know to experience Kanban in practice (the Kanban game).
3 Kanban in practice
- Exploring and experimenting with Kanban.
- The impact of flow concepts on practice. Strategies and decisions.
- Using Kanban and its impact on Scrum.
4 Scrum with Kanban: Sprint visualization
- The Scrum framework and the contribution of complementary practices.
- Impacts on the Sprint Backlog. Visualization.
- Workflow and definitions. Creating a Kanban board.
5 Impact on events
- Impacts on Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum. Team capabilities.
- Impacts on Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Impact on stakeholders.
- Flow metrics within the various events.
6 Impact on roles, increment and Sprint

They have also been validated by our teaching teams in terms of both professional knowledge and teaching skills for each course they teach. They have at least three to ten years of experience in their field and hold or have held positions of responsibility in companies.

At the end of each training course, ITTCERT provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire, which is then analysed by our teaching teams. Participants also complete an official evaluation of the publisher.
An attendance sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training course, along with a certificate of completion if the participant has attended the entire session.
