Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Discover the different postures a Product Owner adopts to meet day-to-day challenges
Explore modern complementary practices through discussions, case studies and exercises
Acquire a clear understanding of Agile Product Management to progress in your role as Product Owner
Identify the types of Product Owner stakeholders and learn how to collaborate effectively with each of them

Intended audience
Scrum-savvy Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Analysts, as well as Scrum Masters, agile coaches and executives wishing to deepen their understanding of Product Management.

Prerequisites
Advanced experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally PSPO certified (Scrum.org).

Certification
All participants who have completed the Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) course will receive a password enabling them to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) assessment. This industry-recognized certification requires a minimum score of 85%. Participants who take the assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and fail to achieve 85% will receive a free second attempt. Scrum.org training participants can earn PDU (Professional Development Units) credits from the Project Management Institute (PMI): 14 PDUs are awarded after completing the two-day Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) training course.

  • Understand the role of the PO in a scaled environment.

  • Make better decisions.
  • Manage contradictory customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Scrum team.
  • Working beyond the Scrum team: contracts, finance, budget and governance in agile mode.

  • Guide stakeholders, customers and the Scrum team.
  • Know how to change opinions if necessary.
  • Develop a stakeholder management strategy.
PARTICIPANTS

PREREQUISITES
Advanced experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally PSPO certified (Scrum.org).

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts who lead the training courses are specialists in the subjects covered. They are approved by the publisher and certified for the course. They have also been validated by our teaching teams in terms of both professional knowledge and teaching skills for each course they teach. They have at least three to ten years of experience in their field and hold or have held positions of responsibility in companies.

ASSESSMENT TERMS
Assessment of targeted skills prior to training.
Assessment by the participant, at the end of the training course, of the skills acquired during the training course.
Validation by the trainer of the participant's learning outcomes, specifying the tools used: multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises, etc.
At the end of each training course, ITTCERT provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire, which is then analysed by our teaching teams. Participants also complete an official evaluation of the publisher.
An attendance sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training course, along with a certificate of completion if the participant has attended the entire session.

TEACHING AIDS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES
The teaching resources used are the publisher's official materials and practical exercises.

TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training course.
