1 NSX-T data center operations and tools
- Explain and validate native troubleshooting tools for the NSX-T Data Center environment.
- Configure Syslog, IPFIX and log collection for the NSX-T Data Center environment.
- Integrate NSX-T Data Center with vRealize Log Insight and vRealize Network Insight.
- Validate and examine the API methods available for configuring the NSX-T Data Center environment.
2 Troubleshooting the NSX management cluster
- Describe the architecture, components and communication channels of the NSX Management cluster.
- Identify the workflows involved in configuring the NSX management cluster.
- Validate and troubleshoot NSX Management cluster training.
3 Troubleshooting infrastructure preparation
- Describe the architecture, components and communication channels of the data plan.
- Explain and solve VMware ESXi transport node preparation problems.
- Explain and solve KVM transport node preparation problems.
- Explain and solve the problem of preparing the VMware NSX® Edge transport node.
4 Logic switching troubleshooting
- Describe the architecture of logical switching.
- Describe the modules and processes involved in configuring logic switching.
- Explain the importance of N-VDS and VDS in transport nodes.
- Describe the migration procedure from N-VDS to VDS.
- Examine the architecture and workflows involved in associating workloads with segments.
- Identify and solve common logic switching problems.
5 Logical routing troubleshooting
- Analyze the architecture of logical routing and NSX Edge nodes.
- Explain the workflows involved in configuring Level 0 and Level 1 gateways.
- Explain high availability modes and validate logical router locations.

6 Safety troubleshooting

7 Troubleshooting NSX Advanced Load Balancer and VPN services
- Examine the architecture and components of NSX Advanced Load Balancer.
- Identify and solve common NSX Advanced Load Balancer problems.
- Examine IPsec and VPN L2 architecture and components.
- Identify and solve common IPsec and VPN L2 problems.
8 Detailed data path procedure
- Check and validate the package path on NSX datapath (East-West and South-North).
- Identify and capture packets at different points along the data path.
- Use NSXCLI to retrieve the configurations involved in the data path.

Successful completion of the 3V0-41.22 exam leads to VMware Certified Advanced Professional-Network Virtualization Deploy 2023 (VCAP-NV DEPLOY 2023).
