Leadership

Leadership is the ability to influence, motivate and unite a group to achieve a common goal. Unlike hierarchical power, it is based more on personal legitimacy, exemplarity, vision, communication and the ability to act.emotional intelligence.

It can be formal (manager, project leader, etc.) or informal (natural influence within a group). It is a soft skill key to any collaborative or transformational environment.
