Adaptability

Adaptability is the ability to adjust one's behaviour, methods or posture in the face of change, unforeseen constraints or a new environment. It implies mental flexibility, openness to change, tolerance of uncertainty and a willingness to learn continuously. An adaptable person does not undergo change: he or she anticipates it, welcomes it and transforms it into an opportunity.

Assertiveness

Assertiveness refers to the ability to express oneself and defend one's rights, opinions or needs in a clear, direct and respectful manner, without attacking others or being submissive. It is based on self-confidence and recognition of the rights of others.

Autonomy

Autonomy is the ability to act responsibly and effectively without constant supervision, taking decisions that are consistent with one's role, objectives and team rules. It implies personal organisation, control of one's area of responsibility and a sense of initiative.

Collaboration

Collaboration is the ability to work effectively with others, sharing information, ideas and responsibilities to achieve a common goal.
It's based on trust, communication and cooperation, and goes beyond the simple distribution of tasks: it's about building together.

Interpersonal communication

Interpersonal communication is the set of skills needed to communicate effectively with others, adapting to the context, the people involved and the objectives. It includes active listening, clear expression, reformulation, non-verbal communication, empathy and sometimes assertiveness.
