Active listening

Active listening is a communication technique that involves listening attentively to the other person, without interrupting, showing interest and rephrasing to confirm understanding. It implies openness, empathy and non-judgement.

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to put oneself in another person's shoes, to perceive and understand their emotions, needs and concerns, without necessarily sharing them. It enables us to adopt a sympathetic listening posture and to decode verbal and non-verbal emotional signals.

Initiative

Initiative is the ability to act proactively, putting forward ideas and anticipating needs or problems without waiting for explicit instructions. This implies showing boldness, autonomy and a certain sense of responsibility, while taking into account the collective framework.

Stress management

Stress management is the ability to recognise, understand and regulate one's emotional and physiological reactions to pressure, change or a situation perceived as threatening. It involves working on yourself, your thoughts, your body and your environment to maintain your balance and performance.

Management of time

Time management is the ability to plan, organise and prioritise activities effectively, in line with objectives, deadlines and available resources. It is based on awareness of one's own rhythms, priorities and habits, with the aim of optimising energy and productivity.
