Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify, understand, express, regulate and use one's emotions and those of others constructively. It is based on five pillars: self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills.

Leadership

Leadership is the ability to influence, motivate and unite a group to achieve a common goal. Unlike hierarchical power, it is based more on personal legitimacy, exemplarity, vision, communication and emotional intelligence.

Team motivation

Team motivation is the ability to stimulate, maintain and strengthen collective commitment to a common goal.

Critical thinking

Critical thinking is the ability to analyse information rigorously, objectively and in a structured way, in order to distinguish fact from opinion, identify bias and construct logical reasoning. It enables us to stand back, make informed judgements and take evidence-based decisions.

Decision-making

Decision-making is the ability to choose one option from several, in a context that is more or less uncertain, complex or urgent. It involves evaluating information, anticipating consequences, managing risks and taking responsibility for one's choices.
