Decision-making

Decision-making is the ability to choose one option from several, in a context that is more or less uncertain, complex or urgent. It involves evaluating information, anticipating consequences, managing risks and taking responsibility for one's choices.

Resilience

Resilience is the ability to cope with adversity, to bounce back from difficulties (failure, stress, conflict, sudden change, etc.) and to regain psychological balance. It is based on acceptance, emotional regulation, making sense of the ordeal and looking to the future.

Problem solving

Problem solving is the ability to identify a problem, analyse its causes, then design and implement appropriate solutions. It calls on logic, creativity, organisation and decision-making. This skill requires both rational approaches and interpersonal skills (listening, cooperation, etc.).

Organisational skills

Organisational skills are the ability to plan, structure and manage activities, priorities and resources (time, energy, tools) effectively.
It's not just a question of tidying up or planning, but of putting in place a clear, adaptable system that promotes individual and collective efficiency.

Working in a team

Teamwork is the ability to work effectively with others towards a common goal, sharing information, allocating roles and respecting each other's contributions. It requires human qualities such as listening, cooperation, flexibility and trust.
