In 2020, she founded an academy dedicated to behavioural agility, focusing on developing talent and optimising communication to support sustainable performance.

Her approach is based on the cognitive sciences, to support executives, managers and teams in managing change, emotional regulation, relational agility and strengthening leadership. For her, agile management means developing the vitality of human capital. In the same way, a learning culture makes it easier to manage complexity while encouraging organisational transformation.

She regularly runs conferences, workshops and training courses tailored to each structure using interactive programmes and a flexible methodology. Her personalised programmes combine strategy, coaching and training. She works with a wide range of organisations (businesses, the public sector, schools, etc.).

Among her achievements, she supported a Clermont-Ferrand company in its financial growth and helped it to reduce staff turnover by 30 % by combining coaching for the codir, mentoring for top management and on-site training.
