A psychosociologist consultant since 2005, he is an expert in psychosocial risks (PSR) and occupational health. A partner in Cénacle conseil since 2016, he is passionate about occupational health issues, which raise broader questions about the place of work in our societies and the resulting tensions between collective performance and individual health.

He supports directors, HR directors, managers and operational teams in dealing with relational issues in the workplace, whether to manage acute crisis situations or to intervene in work organisation issues.

Specialising in the implementation of measures to deal with and/or prevent RPS in the workplace, he supports management in the design and deployment of tools to promote good employee health within the company.
