A former Cambridge DELTA-certified teacher, she has helped hundreds of professionals, managers and international teams to communicate in English more fluently, accurately and in line with their business challenges.

After playing a key role in strategic teams in the educational publishing, B-to-B sales and consultancy sectors - notably at Pearson, Oxford University Press and today at British Council - it takes a deeply human approach to training.
