Intended audience
Scrum-savvy Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Analysts, as well as Scrum Masters, agile coaches and executives wishing to deepen their understanding of Product Management.
Prerequisites
Advanced experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally PSPO certified (Scrum.org).
Certification
All participants who have completed the Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) course will receive a password enabling them to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) assessment. This industry-recognized certification requires a minimum score of 85%. Participants who take the assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and fail to achieve 85% will receive a free second attempt. Scrum.org training participants can earn PDU (Professional Development Units) credits from the Project Management Institute (PMI): 14 PDUs are awarded after completing the two-day Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) training course.

Practical details
Participants will try out each of the advanced postures of the product owner through a case study.
Teaching methods
Training in French. Official course material in digital format and in English. Good understanding of written English.

1 Customer Representative
- Understand customer problems, pains and opportunities.
- Put yourself in the customer's shoes, understand their needs.
- Link product features to customer results.
2 Le Visionnaire (Visionary)
- Provide a vision of the future state, possibilities, objectives and opportunities.
- Communicate product vision, strategy and objectives.
3 The Experimenter
- Innovate through experimentation, hypotheses, tests, data and learning.
- Validate the value created.
- Understand the role of the PO in a scaled environment.
4 The Decision Maker
- Make better decisions.
- Manage contradictory customer feedback.
5 The collaborator
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Scrum team.
- Working beyond the Scrum team: contracts, finance, budget and governance in agile mode.
6 The Influencer
- Guide stakeholders, customers and the Scrum team.
- Know how to change opinions if necessary.
- Develop a stakeholder management strategy.

At the end of each training course, ITTCERT provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire, which is then analysed by our teaching teams. Participants also complete an official evaluation of the publisher.
An attendance sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training course, along with a certificate of completion if the participant has attended the entire session.
