2 Designing a Data Model with Microsoft Dataverse
- Create tables in Microsoft Dataverse.
- Create and manage the columns in a table.
- Learn about security roles in Dataverse.

Create a custom security role.
3 Develop Smart Apps and Portals with Microsoft Power Apps
- Getting Started with Canvas Apps.
- Customize a Canvas app.
- Publish, share, and maintain a Canvas app.
- Discover model-driven apps.
- Configure forms, charts, and dashboards.
- Learn about the key components of Power Pages.
- Use the Power Pages design studio.
Hands-on work
Create your first app with Power Apps. Generate an app from Excel using Copilot. Create a model-driven app. Manage security when sharing a model-driven app. Edit Power Pages.
4 Automate and Enhance Solutions with AI in Microsoft Power Automate
- Getting Started with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Use Dataverse triggers and actions.
- Create approval workflows.
- Design AI Builder prompts based on Dataverse data.
Hands-on work
Create recurring flows. Automate the processing of incoming emails. Share Power Automate flows. Create a cloud flow using a Dataverse connector. Create a contextual prompt with AI Builder.

They have at least three to ten years of experience in their field and hold or have held positions of responsibility in companies.

At the end of each training course, ITTCERT provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire, which is then analysed by our teaching teams. Participants also complete an official evaluation of the publisher.
An attendance sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training course, along with a certificate of completion if the participant has attended the entire session.
