As a part-time HR Director, management trainer and expert in workplace dynamics, she supports organisations in their transformation projects, management development and cultural change initiatives. Her specialisation in occupational psychology, complemented by six years’ training at the Lyon School of Transactional Analysis, enables her to combine a nuanced understanding of human behaviour with a cross-functional perspective on operational challenges to create more effective, responsible and sustainable working environments.

She is deeply convinced that the most successful transformations are not those that impose change, but those that enable both women and men to engage fully with it. Understanding human dynamics, providing meaning and fostering cooperation are, in her view, the keys to sustainable organisational development.
