As Head of Quality, CSR and the Environment, she has been leading initiatives in continuous improvement, corporate social responsibility and regulatory compliance at ORSYS for several years. As the disability liaison officer and an ISO 26000-certified professional, she coordinates the company’s CSR and quality projects by bridging the gap between regulatory requirements, inclusion and the sustainable transformation of practices.

With a degree in English, literature and linguistics, she began her career as a language teacher before moving into roles as a head of teaching for over fifteen years.

When she joined ORSYS in 2013, she initially worked in the communications department, where she led editorial projects and initiatives to showcase the company’s expertise: web content (blogs, white papers, etc.), community management, press relations, events, and so on. She then continued her work by supporting the development of quality management systems, the CSR strategy and non-financial assessments (Qualiopi, EduQua, DataDock, AFNOR, EcoVadis, CSRD).

As head of the Quality, CSR and Environment division since 2021, an in-house trainer, company mentor and hands-on practitioner, she champions a practical and operational vision of responsible organisational transformation.
