Founding President of the Observatory for Connected and Sustainable Real Estate (OICR), Vice-President of the Smart Buildings Alliance (SBA) and a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences, he works with design consultancies, property developers, landlords and local authorities as a consultant, independent engineering consultant and project management assistant in the field of smart homes and smart buildings. A trainer and speaker, he is also the author of The Connected Home – How to Set Up Your Home Automation and Multimedia System Successfully and co-author of House A/Studio B – Architecture for Living (Eyrolles). He is working on the roll-out of smart building solutions at several corporate headquarters across Europe, the refurbishment of social housing estates, and the development of a Smart Eco-neighbourhood comprising over 2,000 homes and several commercial buildings. He also leads various training courses on smart buildings, digital twins for buildings and the use of artificial intelligence in the property sector.
