She is a consultant, trainer and facilitator specialising in collective intelligence. A biologist by training, she initially spent more than ten years as head of a genomics department in R&D at MAS Seeds, where she managed teams and led scientific and organisational projects. This experience has given her a practical understanding of the transformations organisations undergo and their impact on people.

Now the founder of H’inspire, she supports businesses, organisations and local authorities in their transitions and collaborative initiatives. In particular, she delivers training on interpersonal relations, collective intelligence and change management, and regularly leads the «Embracing Change» training course for ORSYS.

Her approach combines science, management experience and an understanding of human dynamics to help groups navigate periods of change with greater purpose, dialogue and clarity.
