I was thinking of a training course more focused on musculoskeletal disorders and how to manage them, rather than stress management, diet and so on… a mistake in the choice of training course offered by my company

I would have liked a bit more in-depth content on nutrition, such as suggestions for foods to prioritise at work to help with concentration, etc. It was very much focused on emotions and stress.

Too much time spent on diet and sleep. I would have preferred to spend more time on managing ‘stress spikes’ in particular. The resources are a bit superficial.
