The trainer has a thorough grasp of the subject matter and is skilled at facilitating the sessions. The quizzes included throughout the course added a dynamic element; in fact, I would have liked to see more of them to help consolidate what we’d learnt. One challenge was the sheer volume of information to work through in the course materials; it would be useful to highlight the fundamental ITIL concepts more clearly and explore them through a series of examples. The trainer ran the course very well: they were energetic, keen to listen to our experiences on the topics covered, took the time to answer questions, adapted to each individual, and went out of their way to ensure everyone felt at ease and passed the exam. The organisation of the schedule and timetable was fine.
