1 Say what's wrong without losing motivation

Reflection in sub-groups on the tools for a successful face-to-face interview. Role-playing. Debriefing and identification of difficulties encountered.

I really appreciated Thierry’s very positive energy and dynamism. He is passionate about the subject he covers and manages to bring each day to life by skilfully balancing the theoretical foundations that need to be mastered with the various discussion sessions and role-plays, which are essential for getting feedback from the group and developing our skills.

A good balance between theoretical content and practical case studies, enabling participants to put the concepts into practice. A few exercises based on situations experienced by the participants might also be useful, to further enhance learning.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
