The training was of a high standard, but I was very disappointed with ORSYS’s logistics and customer service. PECB authorises the use of these materials for the exams, and the trainer explicitly recommends that course materials be provided in paper format to aid preparation. Unfortunately, ORSYS did not provide these in this format. Even more frustratingly, despite sending an email to the addresses provided (for the course materials and the exam), I received no reply.

I was waiting for the standard to be made available. As the exam is an open-book exam and the documents are provided in electronic format, I expected the document available on the day of the exam to allow me to search the text.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
