A very informative and interesting training course, skilfully led by Nathalie, who has the expertise and a clear way of explaining things to guide us. The second day is perhaps less focused on letting go, but serves as a useful reminder of the fundamentals of management.

The first day was much more interesting than the second. The second day focused more on management than on the actual need to let go.

A very good training course that provides an opportunity to take a step back and reflect. High-quality content with plenty of practical tools provided. The AI-generated assessment questionnaire is completely at odds with the training course. The questions and answers are far too wordy and do not correspond to the content of the course.
