I really enjoyed the practical exercises; perhaps a little more time could have been spent on the theory as well, but it was a very rewarding and informative experience, with good participation from the group.

The content is both comprehensive and concise, which helps to hold the participants’ attention throughout the entire training session. What’s more, it allows for discussion and the sharing of experiences amongst all participants. Of course, without such a skilled trainer to lead the session, it wouldn’t have had the same impact! In short, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!

A very interesting and enriching training course. It helped me understand the main role of a line manager and how best to support my team, as well as how to fostermy staff’s autonomy. Having been a manager for over 20 years without any prior training, this course has enabled me to reflect on my own approach and realise that I must first work on myself
