Certification
The exam is taken online and in English. It is 90 minutes with 30 multiple-choice questions. A score of at least 85% is required to pass.

Alternating scenarios and brainstorming on the role of Scrum Master and preparation for the exam based on mock exams with correction.

- Overview of the Scrum framework.
- Scrum theory (empirical process, values, pillars).
- Major artifacts (product backlog, definition of done, etc.).
2 The coaching role of the Scrum Master
- What is coaching? Postures and when to adopt them.
- Servant leader.
- Communication (setting a goal, elements of communication, positive communication).
- Conflict management (types of conflicts, different ways of resolving conflicts).

I didn’t have time to go through all the content after the training, but there’s certainly plenty of it. Only certain pages were covered during the training. The teaching approach was good. The trainer was willing to answer all questions, backing them up with examples. However, as some participants’ prior knowledge wasn’t sufficient, the first day may have been too heavily focused on PSM I. Perhaps there was also too much use of video or tools related to Jira (which are less useful if you don’t

They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
