  • Characterize the fault: infringement of legislative and regulatory provisions, mismanagement, etc.

  • Know the criminal penalties applicable to occupational health and safety.

  • Prevent the risks associated with bargaining and illegal labor lending.

In terms of content, I did learn a few things, but the catalogue-style presentation of all the responsibilities – with slides containing nothing but text – really makes the training drag on, whereas there could have been opportunities for discussion with the trainees, or the quiz could have been marked orally by the trainees, and so on… Fortunately, two trainees spoke up several times of their own accord. The anecdotes are too long and I lose track every time. The tone is too monotonous; it didn
