Absolutely brilliant! The delivery was dynamic and the content was rich, accurate and clear. I particularly appreciated the various resources provided. One way to improve this would be to practise using a real-life scenario (for example, by asking participants in advance to select a few screens from a user journey).

Plenty of practical examples that really bring things to life, and time set aside for feedback on our own work in progress. The course material may seem quite overwhelming at first, but ultimately the trainer’s expertise and teaching skills mean the course flies by.

There were lots of references to websites and the field of UXD, which isn’t really my area. I didn’t feel particularly engaged by the first part of the course. The second day was more in line with my expectations, with a good balance between theory and practical exercises.
