For a Level 1 course, I understand that the topics are fairly light. I would have liked a long, in-depth practical case study. I think Level 2 is necessary, even essential; a single level isn’t enough. I would have liked to do both courses back-to-back, but I can’t apply for a course until next year, so that’s a shame. Perhaps we should consider combining the two courses over several days (>2).

A very interesting training course; the trainer made these two days really engaging and has made me keen to learn more, particularly with Level 2 of the UXPM certification.

It wasn’t quite the topic I was expecting, but the trainer, Karl, managed to find ways to tailor the session to my needs.

There was a lot of theory; I was expecting more practical examples to take things further. Often, it made sense or I already knew the material, so I was expecting a higher standard.

The trainer was top-notch and was able to adapt his presentation (as well as the material!) throughout the course in response to our feedback. The content was dense, but there were plenty of opportunities to put it into practice, with breaks at just the right moments. As the course was an introduction, I came away with questions and points that I'd like to explore further! :)

Very dense course, as it only lasted 2 days, but it was very rewarding and interesting. Karl was a great teacher and a pleasure to work with!

The trainer had an excellent grasp of his subject and was familiar with the operational issues. Small group, which encourages interaction.

Very rich content and good teaching methods. It's great to be able to run courses with a small number of participants, which means that discussions can flow more smoothly.
