Effective Management: Acting Ethically

Turn CSR into concrete managerial actions

New course

This training program helps you, as a manager, move from theoretical CSR to concrete actions in your day-to-day work. You’ll take stock of your operational management practices with your teams and your managerial approach in order to balance performance, responsibility, and sustainable impact. This will enable you to determine the actions needed to improve employee buy-in and cooperation, while integrating CSR and ESG considerations into your decision-making, work organization, and team management. Through realistic scenarios, simple tools, and collaborative exercises, you’ll learn how to transform your company’s CSR commitments into operational actions, make responsible managerial decisions, rally your teams around concrete goals, and lead CSR initiatives at the department level. At the end of the training, you’ll leave with practical tools and an action plan to integrate CSR into your management style as soon as you return to the workplace.
