Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Discover how Scrum, its values and principles can help you know what to do at work and when faced with complex decisions.
Understand the raison d'être of Scrum elements through their foundations in empiricism
Set up a Scrum team and help improve existing teams
Working in self-organized teams to solve real-life cases
Embody the Scrum Master's postures towards Scrum teams and stakeholders, based on an in-depth understanding of servant leadership.

Intended audience
Anyone involved in the development of products or services using Scrum. People in charge of leveraging Scrum: Scrum Masters, managers and Scrum team members.

Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of agility principles.

Certification
Les participants à la formation Professional Scrum Master recevront un mot de passe pour passer la certification PSM I. Reconnues par l’industrie, les certifications PSM sont des évaluations rigoureuses nécessitant un score minimum de 85%. Les participants ayant fait une première tentative dans les 14 jours suivant la formation bénéficient d'une seconde chance. La participation à la formation donne droit à 14 crédits PDU auprès de PMI.

  • The sprint flow, the agreement between customers and the Scrum team.
  • Relating elements to theory and principles, and exposing waste.

  • The "Done" and its impact on feature delivery.
  • Technical debt and work "Undone".
  • Increment transparency.

Product delivery with Scrum
