How to register to an ORSYS training course ?

There are several ways to do this, depending on your habits and preferences.

Fill in the online registration form

  • Form accessible via the " button Sign up " at the bottom of each programme.

  • Click on the button corresponding to the session of your choice.
Registrations can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the course.
Whichever method you choose, you will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within 24 hours.

Accessibility for people with disabilities

ORSYS is committed to making its training courses accessible to all.
Our centres are equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility, and our teams provide the following services support tailored to each disability situationthroughout the training programme.

Registration fees

  • Prices shown are for rates for the current year excluding tax.
  • Meals and coffee breaks are offered as part of the inter-company sessions.
  • In the event of non-participation any registration that has not been cancelled in writing at least one week before the start of the course will be payable in full.
  • However, it is possible to be replaced by another person from the company.

Training regulations

  • You can pay for your training by chequeonline or by bank transfer.
  • If you choose to pay online by credit card, once your registration has been confirmed you will receive an invoice with a secure payment link.

Billing and agreement

  • The training agreements are sent by email 1 to 2 days after the registration has been entered.
  • The invoice sent serves as simplified training agreement. Depending on the case, this invoice is sent to the company within 2 to 5 days following the training.
  • 5 to 10 days after the training, the attendance sheets and satisfaction questionnaires are sent to the company by post or e-mail, depending on the customer's request. These documents are also available in the customer area.
