Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

Intended audience
This course is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters.

Prerequisites
Advanced experience in agile leadership, PSM training (Scrum.org) is a real plus.

Certification
Participants in the Professional Scrum Master - Advanced course will receive a password to take the PSM-A certification. Recognized by the industry, Scrum.org certifications are rigorous assessments requiring a minimum score of 85%. Participants who have made a first attempt within 14 days of the training are entitled to a second chance. Participation in the training course entitles participants to 14 PDU credits from PMI.

Practical details
Numerous resources and facilitation techniques such as Liberating Structures are used.
Teaching methods
Training in French. Official course material in digital format and in English. Good understanding of written English.
