The project
Supporting our IT consultants' skills development, without excessive bureaucracy!

The need
Supporting our IT consultants' skills development, both in technical areas and in their soft skills and managerial competencies. We do this by capitalising on available funding mechanisms, in particular collective actions.

Why did you choose ORSYS?
The teams were already working with ORSYS when I arrived over a year ago (national framework agreement). Having worked with ORSYS myself in my previous job, I was delighted to be able to continue my collaboration. ORSYS develops a genuine relationship of trust with its customers and it's a pleasure to do it every day.


Project implementation
We hold quarterly steering committees to discuss training requests submitted by employees and prioritise them.

Once the training courses are approved, deployment is very straightforward:
  • For courses I have already tested with ORSYS, I place the order directly via the client portal.
  • For other courses, if I need guidance to make the best choice, I speak directly with my dedicated contact.

Depending on the subject of the training, our staff prefer the face-to-face format, in Paris or Strasbourg, or the distance learning format.
