Bonjour, globalement peu satisfait de cette formation. Manque de cadre, formation qui n’est pas spécialement adaptée à notre modèle (nous n’avons pas les mêmes attentes et problématiques que les autres participants), avons passé trop de temps le matin sur des sujets sans valeurs ajoutées et qui a provoqué une accélération pour la présentation des sujets en fin d’après-midi alors que ceux-ci mérités plus de temps.je m’attendais à une formation de meilleure qualité

There was a lot of discussion, which was interesting, but it's a real shame we didn't get to see the slides with the concrete tools. We'll find out about them by reading the post-training PowerPoint presentation. In the end, we talked about our current habits as remote managers, but we were there to challenge them and improve them. Perhaps our group was too homogeneous and too advanced in terms of organisation, so there wasn't much to discover.
