This was the trainer’s first training session, and whilst it was fine for a first attempt, you could tell he hadn’t quite got to grips with the content yet and was reading straight from the slides a lot.Otherwise, the content and exercises were fine, though there was a slight lack of confidence and preparation, particularly with the exercises. The trainer was pleasant and answered all the questions.
