This course was exactly what I needed. The content is very comprehensive and covers the entire e-com supply chain in detail. You can get a bit lost in all the terms associated with the processes, but an explanatory list helps you to understand what they mean. I'd like to thank Murielle, the trainer, who was a great teacher and extremely knowledgeable on the subject. It was a very good course, with workshops that encouraged discussion and the sharing of each person's processes. Thank you
