An excellent trainer, gentle and a good listener. Unfortunately the course is a bit short, but the content is what I expected and needed.

The trainer was very attentive and I appreciated the quality of the content and the teaching methods. The fact that we discussed concrete subjects and the exercises were interesting. What I particularly liked was the way the course enabled me to reflect on my own working environment and come up with practical solutions. I came away with ideas that I will try to apply and make sustainable. Thank you for this enriching experience.

It was an enriching course, with a team of people working together who were able to discuss all the subjects freely, using real-life examples from each participant, and to express their feelings freely.
