1 Dematerialization and the new legal framework established by eIDAS
- The concepts and principles of dematerialization.
- Objectives and scope of the new eIDAS regulation.
- Texts repealed by the new regulations.
- The "Trust services" section (electronic document, electronic signature, electronic time-stamping, etc.).
- Current uses: business, internal/external. Adapting resources to the challenges.
- The choice of security level for electronic identity.
- Trust services (simple, advanced, qualified).
- Standards: M460 mandate, XAdES, PAdES, CAdES.
Storyboarding workshops
Exchange of best practices in legal compliance for dematerialization projects.
2 Impact of the regulation on dematerialization infrastructures
- The new EU Trust Mark.
- Possible new services (electronic stamps, time stamping, signature validation, qualified storage).
- Obligations for dematerialization service providers.
- Digital identity providers and France Connect.
- New auditing practices.

Discussions on how to bring trusted infrastructures into compliance.
3 Impact of the regulation on uses and teleservices
- New uses: remote electronic signature of legal entities, cross-border electronic registered mail.
- The Trusted Services List (TSL).
- The benefits: simplified deployment, guaranteed interoperability, reaffirmed legal value...
- Obligations for customers and prime contractors of dematerialization teleservices.
Storyboarding workshops
Discussions on the new uses enabled by the new eIDAS regulation.
4 Optimizing a dematerialization project

PREREQUISITES
Experience in managing IT projects or implementing business processes.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
