  • A comparison of proprietary and open source solutions.
  • The risks involved in using AI: bugs, bias, data privacy, RGPD, server localization...
  • ChatGPT's main features and different interfaces (web, mobile, desktop, Chrome).

A technical approach to AI applied to the legal profession: from prompts to APIs

  • Mastering prompt engineering techniques to create effective queries (role, audience, response formats, tone/style).
  • Automations with GPT and Copilot Studio with creation of corporate chatbots and customer chatbots.
  • Practical uses and examples of API integration.
  • Strategies for managing conversations and automata.
Hands-on work
Writing elaborate prompts, building custom chatbots, building a library of prompts and automations. Demonstration of no-code automation platforms and other voice and video automation tools.

AI use cases for the legal and legal professions

  • Organization: use Copilot for Outlook.
  • Legal research: use SearchGPT and Perplexity to access up-to-date, reliable information.
  • Drafting of legal documents: contracts, legal memos, internal policies, governance documents, confidentiality clauses, etc.
  • Document analysis: contracts, legislation, case law, meeting minutes, translations...
Hands-on work
Contract drafting with a prompt and with a chatbot, analysis of complex documents, automated production of presentations. Creation of legal documents and presentations with Copilot and other automation tools.
