Certification
The exam is taken online and in English. It is 90 minutes with 30 multiple-choice questions. A score of at least 85% is required to pass.

Alternating scenarios and brainstorming on the role of Scrum Master and preparation for the exam based on mock exams with correction.

- Refreshers about the Manifesto.
- Overview of the Scrum framework.
- Scrum theory (empirical process, values, pillars).
- Major artifacts (product backlog, definition of done, etc.).
2 The coaching role of the Scrum Master
- What is coaching? Postures and when to adopt them.
- Servant leader.
- Communication (setting a goal, elements of communication, positive communication).
- Conflict management (types of conflicts, different ways of resolving conflicts).

3 The "ideal" Scrum Master: identify the qualities that a Scrum Master should have.
- The Scrum Master and the team
- Tools to help self-organization (decision-making, problem-solving, organization).

- Feedback on tools/games/workshops used by participants.

I appreciated the quality of the content and the resources we were able to take away with us.However, I’m left feeling frustrated that we weren’t able to share our mutual experiences with the other participants sufficiently to help us develop in our roles: discussing our challenges and drawing on collective wisdom. We were very pressed for time, and there wasn’t scope to exchange ideas more freely.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
