Practical application in sub-groups of concrete case studies, sharing and consolidation of the concept during feedback sessions.

Foundations and goals of an integrated QSE system

  • Definition of an integrated QSE system.
  • Identify the purpose and stakes of such a system for the company.
  • Identify the key players, their level of involvement and their role.
  • Understand the current state of the organization.
Group discussion
Discussions with participants on the situation in their company.

Distinguishing between the three integrated reference systems

  • Understand the common elements of QSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Know the specifics of ISO 14001.
  • Know the specifics of ISO 45001.
Hands-on work
In sub-groups, identify and summarize the requirements of the three standards, then return and consolidate them.

Building the QSE system structure

  • Carry out the initial diagnosis required to build the QSE system.
  • Mapping processes as part of the QSE approach.
  • Define the company's document structure.
  • Determine a sustainable organization for the QSE management system.
  • Select the documents to be created and those to be modified.
  • Plan upgrade steps to achieve QSE project objectives.
  • Create, structure and write a pragmatic QSE manual.
Hands-on work
In sub-groups, system description, planning and communication, concept feedback and consolidation.

Managing your new integrated system

  • Draw up a QSE Management System dashboard.
  • Structure an action plan. Monitor and evaluate its effectiveness.
  • Determine the right communication strategy for system deployment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the QSE management system, conduct process reviews.
Hands-on work
In sub-groups, creation of the dashboard, role-playing, QSE management review, feedback and consolidation of the concept.
