The topics covered didn’t teach me anything new. They were concepts I was already familiar with.

The speaker did not have a stable internet connection. We experienced numerous disconnections and the audio was completely choppy. As a result, the speaker was also unable to display the presentation slides. There was no coherent teaching structure.

Overall, I am disappointed with this training course. The trainer experienced frequent connection problems, which made it difficult to follow the session and resulted in a significant loss of time, meaning that not all the material could be covered. Furthermore, I was expecting a course focused on annual appraisals, whereas the content was more management-oriented, with plenty of role-play exercises.
