A big thank you to Nicolas for his attentiveness, kindness and professionalism, which made this training course a success. He was able to put us at ease and make us feel confident right from the start, which allowed us to talk freely. The content was very rich, and I came away from the course relieved and reassured, and full of new ideas for creating my own management style.
