  • Become aware of your own thinking style.
  • The typology of thinking styles.
  • Diagnose your preferred ways of thinking.
  • Identify their benefits and limitations.
  • Measure the impact and limits of your own style of thinking.

Stimulate a team's creative strengths to solve problems

  • Know how to work and use stylistic differences.
  • Understand others better.
  • Take advantage of different creative styles.

Promoting problem-solving by balancing thinking styles

  • Build and compose your team according to the problem to be solved.
  • The expression phase: becoming aware of the problem. Mobilize the creativity phase.
  • The expression phase: applying methods for generating ideas. Encourage expression. Gather perceptions.
  • Analysis phase: defining the problem. Sharing different perceptions of the problem.
  • Analysis phase: shared understanding of the problem.
  • The resolution phase: inventory of solutions and opinions. Apply methods for evaluating ideas.
  • The resolution phase: check the relevance and logic of each solution. Put into practice.
  • The verification phase: checking that the solutions selected are appropriate to the problem at hand, and that they are acceptable.
