Honnêtement, je n’ai pas apprécié la formation, malgré la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du formateur. Le contenu relève du bourrage de crâne : les journées se terminent avec des maux de tête et nécessitent encore des révisions. Les supports PowerPoint sont dépassés et la formation n’intègre pas de pratiques modernes (plateforme en ligne, examens blancs, autonomie). Elle devient plus stressante qu’efficace avant la certification.
