It would be better if we had a printed copy so that we could make a note of it. The lack of printing affects the result. The content of the support was very good.

The training is made all the more interesting by the fact that it is illustrated by the presenter's own experiences. It's not just theory. A course that opens up a great deal of personal reflection. Perhaps part 4 would have required more time spent on it, with more practical exercises. Not enough time to devote to the Communication section.
